Welcome to Mindfulness Mondays

Mindfulness Monday is a time for us women in healing and recovery to spend an half an hour doing mindfulness meditation, breathing, and other mindbody therapeutic exercises to end the day and start the week.

When: Mondays

Time: 8:30pm to 9pm

Location: Zoom
